Women Also Have Equal opportunities

Thania, goes about her daily routine as a Plant Metallurgist at PT Bumi Suksesindo. She is the only woman out of 13 people in her work section. According to her, Kartini has taught her that women can also compete, have equal opportunities in working and creating.

Rizky Marlinda, PT BSI's Rehabilitation Specialist works hard to reclaim land at Tujuh Bukit Operations. She and her team work on progressive reclamation, planting activities without waiting for the mine to finish.
